Paige Stieber is the youth and young adult minister for the Catholic parishes of Sandusky. She grew up in Monroeville in a house that she says was never dull or quiet with her parents, grandmother, and four siblings (including her twin sister, Kara Burns). Paige and twin Kara played travel volleyball together and had the same group of friends at St. Joseph and Monroeville High schools and both are currently expecting their first child.
On a pilgrimage to Medjugorje, site of reported apparitions of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Paige had a conversion experience that led her back to the Catholic Church and began to hear a calling from the Holy Spirit to work with youth and young adults. After much prayer and discernment, she saw a notice about an opening for the job she now holds in Sandusky and was hired in May, 2023. Her favorite saint is St. Faustina and while on pilgrimage in Medjugorje, she read her entire diary. Paige married her husband, Aiden, in September, 2023. Their baby is due on June 29, the feast of SS. Peter and Paul.
